Where: It was launched in over 5,000 US distribution partner stores. 
Scope:
  • Enhance ERP system to support multiple denomination of products within a min/max range
  • Enhance internal app to fetch and store product details from the content management system
  • Issue new products with card numbers and pin numbers unique to telecom system
  • Enhance activation flow by updating internal app with user entered amount and update the status 
  • Enhance redemption flow by validating pin, performing redemption and update the status
  • Integrate with carriers to activate and redeem new products by using the phone number and PIN
  • Update reporting system and make sure it treats this product as standard variable product
  • Settlement and reconciliation process will support custom carrier requirements and support activation and redemption transactions
